Operators

Use cases:

• Create a separate tenant/organization so customers or teams are managed separately.
• Keep Entities, Venues, Subscribers, and devices grouped under the correct Operator.
• Limit user access by assigning users to an Operator.

Steps:

1. Log in to OWPROV-UI: https://<DOMAIN_NAME>:8443.
2. From the left menu, open Operators and click + (Add).

3. Fill in Operator details (name, registration ID), then click Save.

4. Confirm the new Operator appears in the Operators list.
